It's hard to be symmetrical as we move through life in our bodies that record each nuance of movement in our fascia. Years of crossing the same leg, sleeping in the same position, tilting our head as we type or text, it all adds up. Unfortunately small problems don't get any better as we age and can develop into larger imbalances without being pro-active. Counteracting these habits that reflect in our bodies takes movement and conscious opposition to achieve better musculo-skeletal health. By using evidence based modalities and Pilates core principals, I hope to help counteract pain that is the result of these myofascial records of our muscular habits.
